The minimum order is 10 pieces with the total minimum amount of BRL 500.00 (Brazilian Reais currency). Our prices are already wholesale prices. Our prices are firm. They reflect the prices charged by the craftsmen taking into account the amount of material used, the time and work each artisan needs to produce a piece.
All pieces are made to order, especially for the customer. We don’t carry stock. That means estimated delivery date has to take into account the production and shipping times.
How to order:
1) Purchase Order
By email / phone / Whatsapp the client orders the models and quantity of products and gives the address (billing address and shipping address) and contact information. We calculate the total amount of the products and the estimated delivery time.
For large/big orders we ask for a upfront deposit of a percentage of the total amount so we can start the production of the order.

2) Invoice
International Orders require a Commercial Invoice issued by the City’s Prefecture Comptroller. This Commercial Invoice is necessary for the purposes of international shipping by the Brazilian Postal Service (Correios) and for Customs matters. The Prefecture Comptroller charges a BRL25.00 fee for this invoice. This fee is added to the total amount to be paid by the client.
3) Payment request
Once the order is produced we then calculate the shipping costs. We contact the client with the total amount to be paid (the order value + shipping costs + Prefecture’s comptroller invoicing fee). We ask the client to make the total payment of the due balance.

For international money transfer we suggest the following money transfer methods:
a) Azimo: online transfer, specially suited for European countries (24 EU countries). The charged fees are charged directly from the client and they range from £1 to €2.99.
b) Wise: online transfer, available for many countries (40 around the world). The charged fees are charged directly from the client and they cost 1.5% of the transaction for Brazil. Click here to calculate fees.

When the payment is cleared we ship the order. We ship via the Brazilian Postal Service (Correios). We send the tracking number to the client.

We can ONLY ship via the Brazilian Postal Service (Correios). It’s NOT possible for us to ship using other carriers (like DHL, Fedex, etc.) We live in a remote region where the only option available is the Postal Service.
